At a ceremony at Renfrew’s Normandy Hotel on Friday night (20 Nov) UWS Principal Professor Craig Mahoney was named Renfrewshire Business Leader of the Year 2015 at the annual Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce ROCCO Awards. An audience of 500 from across Renfrewshire’s business community attended the Awards, hosted by comedian and BBC presenter Fred MacAuley, for the presentation of 16 awards to individuals and organisations across Renfrewshire.
The ROCCOs are the annual business awards of Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce. Held annually in November every year for more than a decade, the ROCCOs allow local businesses and organisations of all sizes and sectors to enter a wide range of award categories with the winners being announced on stage at the awards ceremony.
